This was before they renovated the stadium (horse-shoe shaped) and the end zone seats left splinters in my rear-end. Oct-19-13    Jim Bartle: Yeah, the stadium was huge, with a track, and wooden benches. I read some of the rich fans who went to the 1985 Super Bowl were not happy with sitting on benches. They managed to completely remake the stadium between one season and the next, starting the night after the last game.
