WannaBe: In case I forgot, congrats to them Lady Bruins. =)) U. Mich (69-63) won, but the last spread I saw was -6.5, so if you took UConn w/ spread, you got very lucky, if you bet on them U. Mich, I feel bad; the O/U was 148.5

WannaBe: <CIO> LOL. I remember those mems... <chancho> North by Norwest, totally agree, the audiences know that the plane scene was filmed earlier and played on a screen behind. It was still drama. Same thing with the Mt. Rushmore chase scene.

WannaBe: <FSR> March 11 is his birthday, and usually PoD is chosen from the birth date of the player. So unless CG.com decides to change the algorithm on how PoD is decided. We will randomly get "undesired" player(s).

WannaBe: Jumpin' Tree at UCLA, ugh!!
Nov-28-14  Jim Bartle: It simply goes against nature for UCLA or Stanford to play a conference game after playing USC and Cal respectively. It is just not right.

WannaBe: Ugh, 7 game losing streak to them Jumpin' Tree.
Nov-28-14  Jim Bartle: Also against the laws of nature.

One of the best games I ever attended was the 1969 20-20 tie between these two teams. Stanford's running back, a good but not great player and a good friend, had his best game ever.

Stanford had a 35-yard FG to win on the last play, but it was blocked.

WannaBe: This is very, very, very interesting:

http://money.cnn.com/2014/12/02/inv...

In California, every election year, a new Alphabet Order is (randomly) drawn up. And the candidates are then listed by their last name following the A.O.

Hence, even if your last name is Abrhams, you may end up in the middle of the ballot listing. And if your name is Zuckerberg, you can be on top!
