WannaBe: #8 vs #9 are suppose to be close games, but SLU just blew out UGA... Don't know how SLU qualifies as "Atlantic-10" conference, but along with VCU are definitely putting out notices to the tournament.

WannaBe: <FSR> March 11 is his birthday, and usually PoD is chosen from the birth date of the player. So unless CG.com decides to change the algorithm on how PoD is decided. We will randomly get "undesired" player(s).

WannaBe: Went shopping today and decided to pick up some food/lunch at Del Taco that's close to UNLV. Saw this student walking/crossing Flamingo.

He's a carbon copy of Mongo Jerry. I kid you not.

Oct-31-24  technical draw: Great win for the LA Dodgers! I have always been a Dodgers fan. Yankees? Dem bums!

All joking aside it was a great triumph by the Dodgers. I thought the Yankees were going to produce a UNO reverse card like the Red Sox did to them in 2004. (Yankees were winning 3-0 then lost the next four games). But alas it was not to be.

I heard fans are rioting in LA. Stay safe <WannaBe>.

WannaBe: <TD> Hey, I moved back in mid-June. Now in Sin City. Want me to play a hard-7 on craps for you? Wire me some money.

They now have 0, 00, and 000 on them spinny wheel and white marble ball game, too. And 48 cards (no Aces) for blackjack tables. Whadda-fun-place to be!!

Wire me some money, pleeeeeeze.

Oct-31-24  technical draw: <WannaBe> Good luck in Vegas (You're going to need it). Stay away from the casinos. If you want to win buy my secret formula to win the pick three lottery it's a sure thing.

The roulette used to have just one 0, then they started using 00, then they put in an Eagle. Now you say they have a 000? Forget all the table games, go for the slots with progressive jackpots, you might not win but you'll get more fun for your dollar.

I sent you a check for $10,000. It's in the mail. Have fun!

WannaBe: <TD> One would play '0' if you don't like castling, play '00' if you always castle K-side.

And you play '000' if you like to castle long.

WannaBe: I'm sorry (no, not at all). But I just saw this one and had to "share" it.

In front of the Vatican a Catholic priest watches two beggars. Both of them have a holy symbol in front of them. One was the star of David the other was a cross.

The priest saw hat no one gave money to the man with the star of David so he walked over to him and addressed the him: "My son, don't you know where you are? This is the Vatican, the heart of Christianity.

With your symbol the people won't give you any money, they will give all there money to your competitor with the cross here, just out of spite."

After he said that the beggar turned to the other beggar and said: "Hey, Moshe. Look who wants to teach the Goldstein brothers about marketing."

I'll leave now and ban myself from my own forum...

WannaBe: It really sucks getting old. Learned (another) good friend died. RIP Scott.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scott...

What is not "listed" in the wiki link are his numerous appearances (with heavy makeup) on Star Trek Enterprise (them Capt. Archer episodes), and also Voyager as Hirogen hunters.

And appearances on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Again, with heavy makeups. (I think he like to sit there for hours while special effects people pamper him to death, and while getting paid... Cushy union gigs)

I've known Scott for 35+ years. 3 years ago, he moved from SoCal to a small town outside of New Orleans.
