  Mateo: The king missed a nice combination on move 24. He could have played 24.Qg4 Kh8 25.Qg7!! Bg7 26. hg Kg7 (26...Kg8 27.gfQ Kf8 28.Rg4! e6 29.Rh7! Ke7 (29...Ke8 30.Rf7! ) 30.Rf7 Kd6 31.Nc4 . But I must add that the rest of the game is obscured by many clouds for a simple human being like me.

Sep-16-06  vesivialvy93: Play h6 and g5 with blacks against Kasparov it's crazy ! but if you want to suicide fast you can add another move here .....o-o ????
Feb-27-11  Gawk: chessok.com gives 22...Kh8 instead of ...Qe6. It doesn't make a huge difference in the outcome of the game, but it does refute your combination, Mateo. Does anyone know which score is correct?

29.Nc5+ picks up the black queen.

Very good!

Honza Cervenka: I think that an alternate gamescore with 22...Kh8 instead of 22...Qe6 is correct, as with the King on g8 white can play simply 29.Nxe7+.

Plaskett: Hard to believe that ...Nxh2 at moves 12 or 13 would not have proven at least as good for Miles as what he did.
Jan-23-20  WorstPlayerEver: Because it's so instructive:

24. Qg4+ Kh8 25. Qg7+ Bxg7 26. hxg7+ Kxg7 27. Rg4+ Kf6 28. Nd7+ Ke6 29. Nxc5+ Kf6 30. Nxb3 Rh8 31. Rc5 Rhc8 32. Ra4

Jan-23-20  Olavi: 22...Kh8 was played according to many contemporaneous sources, so the 24.Qg4 combination is off.
Jan-23-20  WorstPlayerEver: <Olavi>

Okidoki then:

22... Kh8 23. Nxe5 Bxe5 24. Qxe5+ Qxe5+ 25. Rxe5 e6 26. Rf4
