Kibitzer's Corner
Jul-05-06  Far1ey: Bleargh, Nge7??
May-09-07  Autoreparaturwerkbau: In O M Hindle vs D R Thomson, 1962 white didn't play 8.Ndb5, but still won quickly. I agree, 7...Nge7? is quite ugly.

I wonder what silicon friend says about best way to play, 8.?

Jul-05-08  TheKingOfSpades: white doesn't even have to play here, black is beating himself.

fredthebear: The game might have continued 12...RxRa1 13.QxRa1 Qc3 (if 13...Qxe4 14.Nd6+ forks the Black queen) saving the Black queen with an equal piece count, but White has 14.Nd6+ Kd8 15.Qa5+ and it's mate in two.
