Kibitzer's Corner
Jun-29-09  bgkuzzy: Gedult's games are entertaining to watch. However most of his opponents are just super noobs. Like this one for example.
Jul-24-11  Rick360: Gedult is a legend among BDG lovers. He didn't take up the BDG 'til his 67th birthday in 1964. He's beaten masters and at least one IM with it in blitz.

PawnSac: There's no question he was a swashbuckler remnant left over from the Romantic era, but black blundered with 18. ..Nb4? and previously, after 16.Rf3 white indicated he was going to double on the f file. With pc4 available to kick a knight on d5, the Ng6 was better placed on d7. But the position was already difficult.

perfidious: Would have liked to see a battle between David Gedult (on 28-0 here) and Gioachino Greco, sporting a tidy 79-0 record in this DB.
