An Englishman: Good Evening: After 25.Kh1, the position becomes the only one I've ever seen where one Queen is skewering another.
Oct-20-14  ljfyffe: The trio also played Steinitz in Montreal 1893,
John Hilbert reports in Writings in Chess History (2012): <The Pickard CD of Steinitz's games lists nine games played by Steinitz in Montreal during his November 1893 visit to Montreal....The next eight games in this article were also played during that stay. I am indebted to Larry Fyffe, of St. John, New Brunswick, for conducting the research that led to their recovery. One of the eight games, the one sgainst Marshall, also corrects an erroneous given in my "Young Marshall"(Moravisn Chess 2002).
