Jun-12-08  luzhin: 38.Rb5! wraps up nicely. Black's opening was terrible, however: he seemed almost lost by move 20.
Jun-12-08  armtwister: Nice to see the Engliash Attack beating the Najdorf! But in the 10.f4 line, the plan with 10..Ng4?! is dubious as seen in many games,F Amonatov vs J Tihonov, 2006 ,Sutovsky vs Z Andriasian, 2007 plan with kingside castling and Nbd7,b5 or with Rc8 Qc7 are more effective as in Nisipeanu vs Karjakin, 2007 Topalov vs Leko, 2006 Grischuk vs E Alekseev, 2006
Jun-12-08  arnaud1959: With 20.-♗f6 black looks for trouble. After 20.-♕d6 blockading d5 it's hard to find a winning plan for white.
Jun-12-08  pastpawn: You don't often see a king forking two rooks, eh.
Jun-13-08  armtwister: <arnaud1959>after 20.Qd6 or Bd6,white has a free game thanks to the d5 pawn, his major pieces are more active, and blacks Queen or Bishop are tied up at d6 and moreove he cannot occupy the c8 square,so the verdict is + -,white has a big positional advantage.
