Kibitzer's Corner
May-16-09  1. h4: Very interesting material imbalance: A ♖ and 4 ♙s vs. 3 minor pieces. Black's minor pieces end up dominating the rook and pawns.
May-17-09  Imposter: It looked like So blundered five pawns in that endgame...
May-17-09  shintaro go: It was a bad performance.
May-17-09  SugarDom: So what Shintaro?

Wesley is entitled to a bad performance now and then. He's just a boy, you know.

Every player has his ups and down, don't they.

May-29-09  Vasilyev90: Big upset by the Chinese GM!
Jul-26-09  LaFreak III: reckless imprudence resulting to kingcide
Aug-27-09  Whitehat1963: Reckless youth.
Aug-27-09  timhortons: wesley attack here like theres no another day, he just hurl everyhting at the enemy.obviously by the 25th he know his lossing, he played the rest for fun:)

i remember in the battle of granicus, a number of persian nobles charge alexander elite cavalry unit, one after another they were killed, alexander the great said "what a useless loss of life". the nobles tried to encourage there soldier to fight well, but good tactics in the battle field win the day for alexander.
