GrahamClayton: A rare example of a drawn game being awarded a brilliancy prize.

Factor's inventive sacrifice with 10. ♗f3! gives him the initiative.

19...0-0 loses to 20. ♗xd5 ♘xd5 21. ♖xc5 bxc5 22. ♕g4.

Whitaker settles for a draw by perpetual check, as 31...♕xc6 32.♕h6+ ♔e8 33.♕e3+ ♔d7 34.♕e7+ ♔c8 35.♕d8+ ♔b7 36.♕b8+ ♔a6 37.c8=♕+ wins for White.

Phony Benoni: And, just for the record, White forces a draw in the final position with <33.Kg2!>, forcing Black to return with >33.Qg4> and settle for a perpetual check.
Sep-20-16  master of defence: Nice game full of positional sacrifices by White. But as they say, "The one who blunders last is to blame", in this case, he missed a clear win in the end with 29.d7+! Qxd7 30.Qe1+ Kf8 31.Qxb4+ Ke8 32.Qb8+ Ke7 33.c8=Q.
Sep-03-19  whiteshark: <master of defence

<29.d7+!!>> is indeed a real zinger.
