Kibitzer's Corner
Sep-13-15  Ulhumbrus: 6...Bc5 invites 7 Nxe5 Nxe5 8 d4 in addition to 7 c3 followed by d4 as well as Bg5 later. Leinier Dominguez Perez employs the zwischenzug a4 before capturing the e5 pawn and gets the a file in addition.

After 10 Qxd4 White has the bishop pair as well as more space.

Instead of 11 f4, 11 c3 avoids the Noah's ark trap ...c5 and ...c4

16 Nxb5 makes a concession in avoiding the Noah's ark trap: it relinquishes the central e4 pawn for the flank b5 pawn.

21 Bd2 offers a pawn. Unfortunately for White Black is able to use the pawn to remove White's bishop pair.

33...Bc6 saves the bishop but Black wants to keep his pawn and ends up losing the bishop after which Leinier Dominguez Perez spends a very long time inching his way to a win.

Sep-13-15  zoren: Tragicomic ending - losing up a pawn!

OhioChessFan: Yeah, up a Pawn, but it was that down a Bishop that got him.

FSR: 35...Ke7?? dropped the bishop (35...h5, 35...Rc8, or 35...Re8 would have saved the bishop and allowed Perez Ponsa, who had won the first game, to advance), but Perez Ponsa could still have held the endgame. A tragicomedy.
