He would have avoided the mating attack in the game at least. But with very little time left it was probably already over, 23..Rf8 24.Rae1 and White has a healthy extra pawn and a better position.

Caruana was knocked out by an Indian. Jambalaya or something.

I have a feeling that a powerful new generation of coming up. Praggnanand could be the leader.
