The win is forced by the white king moving to e3 or c3, followed by the advance of the d-pawn. To achieve this, the black king must be driven away by a vertical check of the rook.

1. Rb8 Bg4+ 2. Kc1 Bf5 3. Rd8+ Kc4 4. Kd1 Bd3 5. Ke1

The White king gets to e3 via f2, thus winning.
