White takes back his last move and mates in 3 moves.

Apr-01-18  sneaky pete: No takers in a year time, I must have overestimated my fellow kibitzers. The solution is of course quite simple. White takes back his last move 1.O-O-O ..

Now it's clear Rd3 can not be the original Rh1, but must be an underpromoted pawn. It's obvious there is no way for a pawn to promote and return as a Rook via d8 to d3, without checking the black King. With pawn and new Rook not being captured, the black King must have moved. So black lost castling rights and is helpless against opening the d-file on the second move and 3.Rd8# next.
