  GrahamClayton: There is a Dr Dharshan Kumaran who is working at the Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience in London. I presume this is him.
Dec-09-17  Prugno: GM Kumaran is by far the strongest chess player among the authors of the Alpha Zero paper, so perhaps he had a special role in the project...
