Oct-15-16  Sularus: Go karpov!!
Oct-16-16  waustad: This year the results are on chess-results.com. I don't recall that happening before. That doesn't seem to be the case yet for the FBL, but that could change.

offramp: Why would the FBI be interested?
Oct-16-16  morfishine: I love a good soccer tournament. Go Messi!

Oct-16-16  whiteshark: Rd 2 upset:

Hockenheim : Werder Bremen <6 : 2>

Oct-17-16  waustad: This year the schedule makers have the travelling partners scheduled to play during the final weekend when they play 3 rounds instead of the usual 2, probably in the same venue like last year.

The FBL is doing the same thing this year, so maybe the teams are all playing in one venue for the final rounds in that league too.

Oct-17-16  waustad: FBL = Frauenbundesliga
Jan-28-17  waustad: Sadly, the home page for the FBL has a serious error, where somebody left a 6-0 score where it should be 1/2 - 5 1/2. Naturally this messes up the standings. I'd need to be using a more sensible mailer to be able to tell them. If you can, the site is http://nsv-online.de/ligen/fbl-1617...
Jan-28-17  waustad: Tablets often work to view product but do not work well to produce it.
Feb-21-17  whiteshark: Winter break is over! Rd 7+8 (played last weekend) have been uploaded.

Apr-29-17  whiteshark: The central finals of the Bundesliga will take place in Berlin this weekend (from 29 May to 1 May) with 16 men teams and the 12 women teams:

Apr-30-17  whiteshark: Well, the <Baden-Baden> super team won the championship with their victory yesterday.

So today's clash vs defending champion <Solingen> is rather symbolical.
