With a score of 8.5/9, it looks like Ernesto Inarkiev is the winner. The only draw he conceded was an 8 move draw. :|

May-18-15  PhilFeeley: All these Russian names of folks we never get to see outside the old SU! I guess not many of them get to travel much, yet they can get up to GM ratings. It must be nice to have a chess culture. I wish Canada did.
