Atterdag: While the strong tournament for women, Cairns Cup, couldn't find its way to CG's front page, this wonderful tournament on an intriguing venue has immediately got its place.

Perhaps, with the Aeroflot and this tournament CG is on a mission to compensate for Russia's exclusion from international chess? And Karjakin, who so passionately supports Russia's ownership to Ukraine, why not give him a platform to unfold his beautiful personality? But ... it's all about chess, isn't it?

Jun-28-25  NrthrnKnght: Beat all the women and you win the tournament...
