28th World Open (2000) |
The World Open took place in Philidelphia June 28th-July 4th 2000. There were seven sections with the main open section having a strong entry. There was an eight way tie for first after the nine rounds were completed, between Jaan Ehlvest, Alexander Goldin, Joel Benjamin, Gregory Serper, Alexander Ivanov, John Fedorowicz, Pavel Blatny and Sergey Kudrin.
