This tournament took place in the resort town of Ventnor City, New Jersey, USA in 1941.
The play took place in the Sun Room of the Municipal Pier.

The first prize was $80, the second was $50, the third was $25 and the fourth was $10. Non-prize winners were given $3 a point and there were prizes for both the "best-played" and the "most brilliant" games. (2)
