May-18-23  Atterdag: Memories. Hafnafjordur around 1996. Looking west. Experiencing the rapid change of skies and weather. Sensing the landscapes and waterscapes that belonged to the legendary people from the Icelandic Sagas. Iceland is unforgettable.

fredthebear: - son vs - son, a chess civil war.
May-23-23  tonsillolith: Wow, the last name of all but two players ends in "-son", and of those one ends in "-sen".

My understanding is that the Slavic "-kova" suffix is analogous to a "-smith", but a "-sky" or "-vich" would be like a Germanic "-son".
