Örebro Schacksällskap succeeded in bringing world champion Alekhine and the best Swedish players to Örebro. Nine rounds in 10 days, starting on Sunday 7 April. Rest days 13 April (45 games). Alekhine beat Lundin in the last round and won with 8.5/9.
