Honza Cervenka: Black won a Pawn in the opening and got a seemingly easily won game but just a few moves later he found himself suddenly in very precarious situation with several deadly pins and was quickly slaughtered. It is hard to say where he made the decisive mistake but maybe 18...Rb8 not leaving Rd8 unprotected would have been better.

Honza Cervenka: Well, 19...Nxc3+ seems to be the decisive mistake. Instead of that simple retreat of Queen 19...Qc5 would have kept clear edge for black.
Nov-08-07  dorn: I think Black should've dared to play 15...Qxf2.
Apr-07-22  Stolzenberg: After 8. ... c5 the opening looks somehow similar to the Queen's Gambit Declined, Semi-Tarrasch Defense, Symmetrical Variation (D40): 1. d4 d5 2. c4 e6 3. Nc3 Nf6 4. Nf3 c5 5. e3 Be7 6. Bd3 0-0.
Apr-09-22  Stolzenberg: Although after 22. Bxf6 g6 he was a piece down and one move later he was even a rook and a piece down, Black did not want to resign:

22. Bxf6 g6 = ♗♗ vs. ♘+♙
23. Bxd8 Rxc3 = ♖+♗♗ vs. ♘+♙♙
30. Rxc6 Rb8 = ♖+♗♗ vs. ♙♙
