You're right, it's Black's best move. After 20.a3 both Qxg4 and Qxb2 are good, but the latter probably forces more. White could try 20.Bd7, but after 20....Re7 White's busted anyway.

As to the quality of the game itself, unfortunately I'm probably not a strong enough player to consistently judge that, but I'll make an effort whenever I'm functioning as <Punmaster General>. In any event, a game with "French" versus "Fryer" was simply too good to pass up, as far as pun opportunities go...
