Nov-30-16  ForkedAgain: SK had better mind his clock
Nov-30-16  chessamateur: Chess24 is back up again.
Nov-30-16  savagerules: This match by all rights should go to the final Armageddon game and Black draws and wins WC but assuming this game is drawn, Carlsen has White twice in the remaining 3 rapid games so all bets will be on Carlsen to win.

An Englishman: Good Morning: 35...Bb6 with an unstoppable threat of mate next move!! Just kidding.
Nov-30-16  Caissanist: Have they changed the armageddon rules at all? Every top GM I've heard comment on this has said that he would prefer black in the armageddon game.
Nov-30-16  lexfourmi: karjakin exploring queen opportunities...

HeMateMe: but it's easier, now. This is a no brainer for grandmasters. However, KJ got nothing with white. Advantage, Carlsen.

Domdaniel: <Burn me at the stake> Or, as Fischer almost said after his 'game of the century' ... "Byrne ... meh. A mistake."
Nov-30-16  PJs Studio: 36...Qd5!! Whites queen and knight pointed at h5 are a bit uncomfortable. This neutralizes nicely!
Nov-30-16  Ulhumbrus: It begins to look like a drawn ending
Nov-30-16  RookFile: Carlsen just needs to put his pawns on g6 and h5 and I'm not sure how white even makes a threat.

Nov-30-16  Rama: Yes, and on Magnus' time, too, so he must have offered.
Nov-30-16  ForkedAgain: An Englishman, medium rare please.

HeMateMe: with queens off the board, shouldn't the side with the better pawn structure play on a bit?
Nov-30-16  jrsanpedro: According to this page sesse thay agreed a draw
Nov-30-16  stst: CG slow ... rapid game 1 drawn already
Nov-30-16  chessic eric: <OhioChessFan: 7 more moves than Game 12 anyway.> brilliant haha
Nov-30-16  lexfourmi: how much is it between each game? this may take forever...
Nov-30-16  Llera: Are there any more tiebreaks now??
Nov-30-16  Absentee: <HeMateMe: with queens off the board, shouldn't the side with the better pawn structure play on a bit?>

Not with 2 minutes on the clock and 10 second increments.

Nov-30-16  PJs Studio: Round 2 starts... 3:30? 3:15?
