Kibitzer's Corner
Dec-08-02  ughaibu: I think this was the tournament in which Rubinstein was awarded four brilliancy prizes. Presumably a record for one tournament.
Nov-14-03  ughaibu: Judging by my earlier comment I thought this was one.
Nov-14-03  Benjamin Lau: I really like how Rubinstein fluidly shifts his heavy pieces between kingside and queenside in this game. He seems to shift gears in strategy really quickly.
Jan-16-04  Resignation Trap: This game won the Fourth Brilliancy Prize for Rubinstein.
Feb-21-04  Archerforthelord: Why doesn't white play 22. Nh5?
Jul-17-08  Marmot PFL: <Archerforthelord:> 22.Nh5 b6 23.Qf5 black plays 23...Qe7 then breaks through with c5, so 22.Nd3 is correct according to Vukovic. Later though 24.dc5 was a mistake and Ne5 should have been played with a complicated game.

Instead of 17.Bxd7? simply e4 was good for white.
