Aug-30-09  outsider: fine ending. lutikov was a good player
Aug-28-13  Conrad93: This was a tough endgame, even though white has two unopposed passers!

Kortchnoi is tough.

Mar-02-14  Jadson Paulino: Great game!
Apr-15-17  zydeco: Tough start for Korchnoi in his championship tournament.

14....Nd4 turns out to be over-optimistic and loses a pawn eventually. (14....Qd7.)

Nice technique by Lutikov. The finish is 66....e3 67.Qf6+ Qxf6 68.gxf6 e2 69.Qh8+.

perfidious: Korchnoi was never one to make life easy for opponents, or very often himself; after a loss to Simagin, he tasted the cup of defeat a third time in particularly unpleasant fashion in Bagirov vs Korchnoi, 1960, but demonstrated his class by winning the last three rounds to bring home the title for the first time.
Jun-27-17  morphynoman2: 31. d7! and 32. Nd6 wins instantly.
Apr-22-20  ZonszeinP: Nice game!!!
