Jan-11-04  patzer2: In this Fischer defense (3...d6) King's Gambit Accepted, Black does not do so well with 6...f5?! (despite Black's previously strong winning percentage) as White finds a new line for an apparent advantage (however, the line needs more testing as one game is inconclusive). Perhaps Black should have play 6...Qf6 as in J Gallagher vs Flear, 1992 Another good alternative is 6...Bh6 (recommended bv BCO) as in A Fedorov vs Pinter, 1997
Jun-06-04  f1list: This Fedorov guy sure knows his KGA !!!
Dec-24-04  InspiredByMorphy: Black should have castled one move earlier preventing whites h5 . 10. ...O-O 11.h5 Nxh5 12.Rxh5 Rxf4
Jan-21-05  InspiredByMorphy: How does white make progress after 10. ...O-O ? It seems blacks position is solid, and comfortably a pawn up.
Dec-31-05  DeepBlade: The final position is an mate in 7.

24. ... Qxh6 25. Bxh6 dxe5 36. d6+ Kh8 37. Rf7 a4

The King's Gambit, I love it. I have many KG games recorded, and when I review them, I can see my style. This opening makes me feel comfortable.

May-23-08  gambitking: Very nice... The win at the end was incredible
Nov-24-14  tranquilsimplicity: Beautiful finish!#
May-29-15  ToTheDeath: Great attack!!

He seems to be succeeding in his mission.
