Kibitzer's Corner
Dec-12-05  Devilz: Nice play by black!
Nov-01-08  sneaky pete: A case of the penultimate blunder wins (9.Qc8+ Qd8 10.Qxg4 ..).
Dec-21-08  patzer of patzers: <sneaky pete> What do you think about 9.Qc8+ Qd8 10.Bb5+ c6 11.Bxc6+ Nxc6 12.Qxc6+ Qd7 Qxa8? Not as sound, winning, or immediately useful, but more fun (which is especially important in events such as WCC matches).

...you can tell I kind of gave up there...

  fredthebear: Aasum's Mate?

After White is forced to take the knight giving check, Black plays 11...Bxc2#. I have never seen this mate before.

Does this support mate already have a name? If not, shall we name it Aasum's Mate?

scutigera: Losing on move 10 in a correspondence game! Well, we all have our off days, I suppose, but this one is clean off the map. Anyway, shouldn't it be "Frenzel's Mate"?
Mar-09-17  thegoodanarchist: 11.dxe3 results in the amusing move 11...Bxc2#
Aug-12-23  EvanTheTerrible: Dropping Anker.

perfidious: In Anker's lone victory here, he played just about competently, though it is difficult to say as much for his opponent.
