If 25.Rac1 was the final move, then Przepiorka erred, but if White actually played 25.Rec1, that's winning.

I checked other sources online, which give the same finish; this may or may not mean anything, though, because I've long had the feeling that these DBs copy games en masse from one to another without checking beyond whether the moves are legal.
