Kibitzer's Corner
Sep-21-13  parisattack: Nimzovitch Reversed. Hugh Myers played the Nimzovich Defence for many years with decent success. Too bad none of his games with it on CG.com. He also wrote some dandy books (if often a tad optimistic) and his Myers Opening Bulletin (production values aside) was a goldmine of opening ideas.

See also - G Dodds vs H Myers, 1914 Nimzovich reversed-reversed but with Nb8(b1) instead of Ne7(e2) as in this game.

Alexander Kevitz made 1. e4, Nc6; 2. d4, e5 more or less his patent in the 1940s and 1950s. Here, he gives Keres a run-for-his-money with it - Keres vs Kevitz, 1954

I tried the Nimzovich several times - and each time white replied with 2. Nf3...
