  Penguincw: Congratz to FM Daniel Jakobsen Kovachev for winning the Oslo Chess International 2014 (Elo group). He finished with 7.5/9, ahead of Tarjei Joten Svensen on tiebreaks.

Despite winning it, he actually performed slightly below his rating with a TPR of 2273. He was the only titled player, and the average rating of his opponents was 1944. Nevertheless, a win is a win!
