Sep-06-13  cro777: Carlos Cruzado Dueñas has won the 67th European Championship in correspondence chess. He has now won the European Championship twice in succession which is a very special achievement in CC nowadays.

Cruzado Dueñas became an International Correspondence Chess Grand Master in 2009. His current ICCF rating is 2595.

Cruzado has an aggressive playing style: as white he plays the mainline Sicilian, the Trompowsky, and the Latvian Variation in the Semi-Slav; as black he plays the Sveshnikov Sicilian and the QGD.
