Kibitzer's Corner
Nov-05-18  zanzibar: Another example of <CG> providing what appears to be a valid FIDE card for the player - but not remarking the discrepancy in the name...

<CG> = <Brian Adeshole Cole>

<FIDE> = <Adeshole Beckley, Brian>

Of course I wish <CG> would follow FIDE conventions (i.e. and use collation format) - but that aside, when the names don't match it should at least be noted, if not explained.

Of course, it's not always a simple matter to explain what is going on, as he seems to appear in the 2012 Olympiad as <Brian A. Cole> (at least according to <TWIC>, but it seems missing from <CG>).

And a medical/pharmacological school in Sierra Leone, COMAHSSU, published a newletter noting his chess participation in 2010, with photos - plus yet another name:

<Joseph Adeshole Brian Cole>
