  GrahamClayton: Edwin Loughran was a regular participant in the Victorian State Championship, competing in 27 tournaments between 1891 and 1926. His best results were victories in 1899 and 1910, 2nd place in 1902 and 3rd place in 1907, 1915, 1917 and 1920.
