Mar-18-14  Cemoblanca: When I saw his name for the first time, it was like a slam dunk for me. ;)

Kevin Jerome Duckworth was an professional basketball player at center in the National Basketball Association. A great Trail Blazer. He died of heart failure on August 25, 2008. RIP.

Jun-24-18  wrap99: Played a lot of 5-minute (him giving me generous, embarrassingly so, time odds) with WMD in the late 1970s.

MissScarlett: Yes, whatever happened to him?
Jun-24-18  wrap99: No idea, at least 31 years since i last saw him.
Jun-25-18  andrewjsacks: Nice guy, and strong and creative player.
Jun-25-18  wrap99: definitely nice guy. that was chess for me: leaving the terrible place i lived to interact with bright and interesting chess players.

K Any: A So Cal legend. A strong master and blitz player. Always a gentleman with a dry sense of humor. He will be missed. RIP Mark.
