  Troller: He is not an International Master though.

But he does have the "Candidate Master" title; this must stem from the World Cadets tournament, as normally elo rating of 2200 is required to qualify for the CM title. Silver or bronze in the U12 group automatically gives the CM title, gold gives FM title according to the FIDE handbook.
