<In anul 1992, domnul Louis Haritver, un cunoscator in domeniul opticii, vine din Canada in Romania, pentru a deschide un lant de magazine de optica, sub denumirea "Optica Malaga", nume dat dupa orasul sau favorit, Malaga - Spania.> i. e.

In 1992, Mr. Louis Haritver, a connoisseur in the field of optics, comes from Canada to Romania to open a chain of optical stores under the name "Optics Malaga", the name given by his favorite city, Malaga - Spain.

Winther says he was "President of the Malaga Chess Federation in the 1970s".

http://hemeroteca.abcdesevilla.es/n... speaks of the Rumanian Haritver in Malaga in 1978. Other Spanish newspapers mention a Canadian Haritver as chess player in Spain in 1978.

offramp: < Mr. Louis Haritver, a connoisseur in the field of optics...> Not an optician. He was a CONNOISSEUR of optics! Long black cape, shirt with the ruffles, walking-stick, curly moustache... Talking about optics like Percy Dovetonsils talks about poetry.
