Kibitzer's Corner
May-08-05  soberknight: Beware the Fish! (It's one of my favorite children's novels, by Gordon Korman.)
May-08-05  aw1988: OK, shut up. You're making it overkill again.
May-08-05  soberknight: Have I P Dunn so many puns that the resulting Harm Mekkes you want to kill me?
May-08-05  Minor Piece Activity: LOL. Did you come up with this one in advance?
May-08-05  aw1988: Probably. He must have known someone must take notice to his annoyance.
May-08-05  soberknight: Actually, I didn't. My method should be obvious to you by now. I type in a word to the database and see if some player was named like that. Dunn I already knew about (that was a Dunn deal), but I searched for Harm and got lucky. (From aw1988's perspective, maybe it wasn't so lucky.)

No.

perfidious: This is a wonderful surname for a chess or poker player.

perfidious: Using the method of <soberknight>, I must say I am put out that no player with the surname 'Donkey' exists in the DB, that being the alternative to 'Fish' in poker. Many years ago, <cehertan> did his best, but USCF spelled ruination to his efforts.
