Jul-29-05  sitzkrieg: Who is this???!
Jul-29-05  buscher07: Well, all that I can tell is he is a Russian. All the articles about him that I found were in Russian, so therefore, I cannot tell you anything else about him. Good luck.
Jul-29-05  sitzkrieg: Ok thanks. I was searching for the Kalashnikov variation of the sicilian when i came upon this page. Then i saw his impressive 70 percent (10 games:P) score, so i was wondering who this superplayer was..
Jul-30-05  buscher07: I am rather curious as to who he is now as well, but I guess I have to learn Russian to find out about this player! You could try a google.com search like I did, but I hope you have better luck than me. It does come up with a few touraments that he played in, but there is no bio or any other info about him on those sites.

<the Germans first pioneered the assault rifle concept, based upon research that showed that most firefights happen at close range, within approximately 300 meters>

in my book it say 500 meters, even at the distance of 500 meters, one need to have an exceptional eyesight to spot the target. The germans then made that a standard of measure for the effectiveness of bullet range, a very practical concept.

offramp: I wouldn't like to have been involved in the experiment.

Strange how Kalashnikov is not an exponent of the Kalashnikov.
