GM Evgenij Veniaminovich Kalegin (2009).

GM Kalegin achieved his first GM norm at the Barcelona tournament that finished in September 2006, his second at the the Aeroflot Open A2 in February 2008 and his 3rd norm at the Pokrova-Army of Ukraine tournament in October 2009, gaining his GM title at the age of 55, although it was not ratified until the FIDE Congress in October 2011, although his rating had exceeded 2500 in 2009*.
