Oct-03-03  Phoenix: Possibly the happiest man alive right now!
Oct-03-03  Benjamin Lau: Indeed. His ELO probably rose by at least 50 points, maybe 100. I don't know the formula. ;-)
Oct-03-03  Diggitydawg: I didn't know much about him so I went on chessbase and found out he's a 41 yr old Israeli. There's a picture of him in the link provided (along with some cheesecake pictures of some female players. His picture is 4th from the bottom. http://www.chessbase.com/newsdetail...

WTHarvey: Here are some puzzles from Alexander's games: http://www.wtharvey.com/huzm.html
Sep-09-05  shortsight: No one care to drop by for the player of the day? No even Huzman himself care?!

Eggman: I believe this man also works as a trainer, for example for 17-year-old Canadian grandmaster Mark Bluvshtein.
Sep-09-05  alexandrovm: I will, after all he did won over Kasparov one time.
Sep-09-05  iron maiden: It's kind of funny that Kasparov's crushed Huzman in a simultaneous exhibition, yet Huzman has the plus score at head-to-head encounters.
Sep-09-05  AzaleaCastle: Diggity, thanks for the link. Note to self: find out where some of these ladies are playing and join that tournament pronto ;-)...
Oct-24-08  Billy Vaughan: A very good try against Carlsen: Huzman vs Carlsen, 2008
Oct-26-08  Bobsterman3000: This guy has done a decent job at the Euro Club Cup. He earned draws against Karjakin and Mamedyarov and had some chances against Carlsen, but couldn't press his wild attack home to victory...

Apr-10-13  tedceldor: fluke win happens in chess = lucky day
Oct-09-13  PhilFeeley: Missing this fine win:

I'm not sure I understand the final sacrifice, 49. Rh6. If black takes it, then Kf6, but I don't know how to proceed from there.

<Alex Huzman goes to a dentist called Rubinstein. Once I prodded him, asking why he did not go to Tal's son, who is also a dentist and lives in the same town as Alex. "I am a bit afraid of his style. It is better to stay with Rubinstein.>

Aug-05-17  technical draw: He was born in Zhytomyr. Sounds like a fun place.
