Willber G: <OhioChessFan: An interesting article by Jonathan D Sarfati

http://creation.com/images/pdfs/tj/...

I wish I could find the rest of his letter that is cited midstream on page one of the pdf. I think this statement is important, and vastly ignored by most of the Christian world:

<In conclusion, I stand by my paper arguing that logic is essential for Christian faith, morality and evangelism. Logical thinking is an outworking of being created in the image and likeness of God and having 'the mind of Christ', the logos.>

Part of the greatest command for Christians is to love the Lord thy God with all thy mind. I regret that isn't very much in evidence in the world around me.>

Following that, the Bible commands: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ Would you say that you and other professed Christians on this site are adherents of this command given the frequent insults directed by them towards those with differing views and beliefs?

tpstar: <Diversity Is a Weapon Against White People> So this is the Alt-Right world I have heard so much about. I mean, I have heard so much <negative> about by the liberal triangle.

Fascinating video, with clever cartoons. I recognized one picture as "White Lives Matter" which was a campus reaction/joke but of course deserved protesting in and of itself by social justice warriors. I would have liked to see some acknowledgment that Native Americans were here first, not to strengthen her ideas about forced integration, but to admit that White dominance (not White supremacy) created the US as we know it while obliterating their culture.

The traditional Melting Pot ideals are supposed to mean that the best and brightest rise to the top, without invoking special treatment for past injustices (real or imagined). As a former medical student, I have a far different outlook on racial preferencing than most others here. My medical school class had 210 students, with 15 Black men. By the end of the first term, 12 had bombed out. One of my Gross Anatomy partners was from Africa, and he didn't make it. I remember how eerie it was to compare our class pictures from one term to the next and seeing all those empty spaces, while everyone else mostly remained (unless they had a career change). Those spots could have gone to other students of any race who would have succeeded, so our present physician shortage problem is partly self-inflicted. Liberals have spent a great deal of time on this topic as well, creating the special term <White Privilege> to crush dissent. Whenever the diversity issue comes up in the office, I tell patients privately about my experience, and the favoritism I witnessed, and how different it would have been as another race, and they get it.

In Michigan, Affirmative Action is now viewed as preventing anyone from being held back due to their race, without showing favoritism based on race. Ivy League schools now face controversy with Asians claiming worse outright discrimination compared to Black students than White students are reporting, with real data to back this up. From my time, a "self-reported minority" was a code term for "Black" and you could see how their admission standards were lower.

The academic premise is that diversity itself is a desirable outcome worth breaking a few eggs, meaning continuing special treatment policies even as they favor certain races and disfavor others. "Please Stop Helping Us" was a fascinating book highlighting how Black professionals (doctors, lawyers, politicians) were looked down upon in the real world - even by other Blacks - because people assumed they were a diversity hire, or else received special treatment. Indeed, my medical school had a Black Medical Association specifically for those students, whereas a White Medical Association would have stopped the world in its tracks (just like White Entertainment Television etc.). The usual litmus test for race issues: spin it around and compare results. One of the most devious social engineering projects by President Obama was evaluating communities and neighborhoods by race - not class, but race - to make sure they were "diverse" enough by his standards. Frightening.

<There is a worldwide movement against Christianity> Because it has the most available money, or because of the inherent forgiveness commandment?

<I don't want the "estro" crowd all up in the middle of our conversation and making dumb comments.> Good luck with that.

That's reality. I would never go to a black doctor. My last 2 family doctors and one specialist are all Indian. I have a sister who is pretty much a bleeding heart liberal in a lot of ways, a degree and worked in social work, and she too, has told me she'd never go to a black doctor or lawyer for that reason. I understand that's unfair to those who are qualified, but when you have incomplete information, you have to draw some inferences in determining your choices.

tpstar: The Diversity Platform routinely uses bullying, shunning and shaming to advance their agenda - the same things they regularly accuse President Trump and conservative pundits of doing. That video shows a Black activist demanding that White people give up their "money" and their "homes" at the altar of diversity. Hey, if you can't earn it, just take it.

Evergreen State College in Washington held an infamous "Day of Absence" (which was strangely misrepresented as "Diversity Day") where White students and staff were supposed to stay away, presumably to suffer for their misdeeds. Next time they do this, please go without everything invented by Caucasians: cars, phones, planes, Internet (Al Gore), Facebook, stoves, electricity, Bill of Rights. For one full day.

Here's feckless liberal heroine and Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor: "I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a <better> conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life." Oh no, not <equal> but <better>. This is not "equality" in the slightest.

Black activists like Reverend Jesse Jackson go around identifying entire industries where Black people are underrepresented (like IT), then characterizing the race gap as discrimination by definition. Invariably someone points out how the NBA is largely Black, and then diversity supporters claim, "Well that's all about talent." What a disgraceful double standard.

President Obama was supposed to lead us in a post-racial national discussion about race. Instead, he fell right along racial lines, hosting Reverend Al Sharpton at the White House over and over for guidance. Thus too many times, instead of being a President, he was a Black President.

That's because liberals have an anything-goes phony idea of morality, and because they reject God, they reject his moral compass and have no concept of objective moral values.

They invent their morality on the fly, each person, individually. For a liberal, to be moral is to be homosexual (because it's anti-Christian and liberals are antichrist in spirit) and to be vile and immoral is to not accept homosexuality. In fact, if you are a liberal, you don't even have to tolerate those people who do not accept homosexuality. You can attack those people, judge them and do whatever you want to them because they are instantly demonized and dehumanized (Nazis, Fascists) as soon as they reject homosexuality, which is the central focus of liberalism. Homosexuality is the ultimate expression of antiChristian values and as such is the golden calf of liberalism.

"Occupy Big Pawn's Forum"
Only thing missing, Molotov cocktails.

Aug-01-17  Dr Winston OBoogie: Fair play to Tux for moderating his forum by getting rid of the stirring nosey "can't stand not knowing what's <really> going on behind the scenes" gobbledygook what some people post.. Anyways i have a genuine statement to make..

I don't "agree" with homosexuality as a lifestyle because I don't need to be constantly reminded people are "here, they're queer, get used to it" etc etc etc. But on the other hand I don't care what two consenting adults do in the comfort of their own homes. Homosexuals should be allowed the <same rights> as <normal people>. I KNOW it's not normal for two men to share the same bed but who are they hurting? Not me. Not you not anyone on this page is or has ever been <physically> hurt by a homo.

I just don't see why soooooo many Americans are soooooo much against homosexuals. Is it because it's in the Bible or something, that's a genuine question because I don't know?

True story. When I was about 7-8 years old me and my family would go visit my grandparents where my uncle and his family would be and we'd all have dinner, the adults would go to the pub and the kids would be looked after by my Gran. I didn't even <know> what "gay" meant but every weekend without fail I'd call a cousin of mine (a year or so younger than me) .."Little gay boy". I could tell he was more feminine than my sister, I knew he didn't fancy girls, I knew he was a homo..

Moral of the story is they're born that way. He's now happy in a relationship with a man and even though he's on my social media accounts I still keep clear because he's one of those "Yoohooo.. Pay attention to me because I'm the elephant in the room" kinda blokes.

Live and let live. If they bother me then I'm obviously not happy. If they just act normal I could care less I'm comfortable enough with my sexuality to even have a drink with a homo. I know homosexuals who would kick my ass, proper hard fellas. They don't all wear pink skirts and makeup. Reggie Kray was gay and we all know what happened to the last man who called him a puff!

Aug-01-17  technical draw: <tpstar> <President Obama was supposed to lead us in a post-racial national discussion about race. Instead, he fell right along racial lines>

It's obvious once you realize today's Democrat party is about lies, and liars.

If RJJ cared about blacks, he'd be talking about "a job" vs. "ghetto owned."
He'd be handing out bulletproof vests in Chicago.

<President Obama was supposed to lead us in a post-racial national discussion about race.>

If you believed the lies/liars.

<Thus too many times, instead of being a President, he was a Black President.>

Obama is possibly the whitest President we've ever had.

Robert KKK Byrd white, Hitler white,
Stalin white, Marx white.
He was simply a Trojan horse.

If there was any truth to this liar/fraud, it would have been "black day" in America when he won.

He would have rallies like Trump, for
education, jobs, and the two most hated
words in the Democrat vocabulary,
"individual success."

Victims are required for election day.
Once you think: Lies/liars, it all becomes easy/obvious.

Lies/liars, are also what explains this:

<Big Pawn:

1. Quarrelsome
2. Bickering
3. Personal in nature

5. Unable to be elaborated on
6. Lacking original thought and insight (except in the case where it introduces a topic that can be developed)>

In so called "debate" liberalism doesn't have a side.

Unless you are pro slavery, domestic dead, tyranny, lies, and failure, at horrific costs.

There are always undesirables clamoring outside the wall of any elite club.

I wasn't online last night and today I find the Elite Posters Cafe with dirty toiled paper all over the floor.

<Keyser> - I could put <Nizzle> and <teenage brit boy> on ignore, but I don't like the idea of using the ignore feature. I am very tolerant, even of the undesirables, as I understand that they can't help themselves. It's the understanding that makes it such that I avoid frustration or annoyance.

I do want to say, on another note, that I have enjoyed the good posting in here, especially by <tpstar> with textbook examples of Elite Posting. Also, <och> and <wilbur> have a good back and forth with no fluff.

Fellow Elite Posters, relax and post at will and don't worry about the untermensch. I *enjoy* tossing their posts in the garbage (it's even better than not having them post here at all). I picture myself as a bouncer at a nice club, and I get to throw the bums down the stairs. Very enjoyable.

The rod was made for the fools back, amen.

Aug-01-17  Big Pawn: <technical draw: <tpstar> <President Obama was supposed to lead us in a post-racial national discussion about race. Instead, he fell right along racial lines>

Actually he made the situation worse. The racial divide today is a chasm after 8 years of a black president. And the future looks bleak.>

Obama divided the country worse than it's been since the civil war. How Trump can fix that I have no idea. It's above my pay grade. Lincoln fixed it by killing 600,000 Americans to settle the dispute.

The Marxism that has been allowed to flourish here in America is one of the main issues. We have a major Marxist professor problem in the universities. We have a large segment of the population that falls for it too, whether they know it or not. The language of Marxist divide has crept its way into our culture and every single class divide issue is cloaked in Marxist verbiage.

For many years, the one thing conservatives and liberals could agree on was the politicians are crooked. It's become a proverbial joke to talk about crooked politicians, but now that we have one man with the guts and integrity to stand up to the whole system, both the Republicans and the Democrats, we see the libs side with the swamp.

All of a sudden they want their old familiar crooked politicians back. All of that talk for generations and generations about crooked politicians, a crooked system and a broken D.C. is out the window. The libs want their Swamp to stay put, right where it is.

Trump is speaking out boldly like no president before about corruption on both sides and throughout the government bureaucracy, as well as internationally. As a result, the corrupt politicians (the same ones everyone has condemned as corrupt for years and years) are colluding with their corrupt foreign counterparts and corrupt media to keep their swamp alive, now that they see it's in real danger.

And the libs stand with the Swamp.

No other politician besides Trump has pointed at *both sides* and said, you guys are the swamp, you guys are crooked, publicly, boldly as Trump has done.

He is the only man in the gov't that is trying to do what is right for the American people, and the swamp, left and right, are busy building his cross, which they plan to hang him on.

And the ignorant, evil, unwashed plebs are so easily fooled. The Swamp just needs a SNL sketch or two and instantly they have millions of plebs that are for the Swamp, by the Swamp and of the Swamp, proudly protecting the Swamp in all of their free time.

Trump doesn't speak Swamp language. Swamp language is smooth, cool, calculated and sophisticated, because that is how lies must be delivered. But Trump doesn't speak that way. He is upfront, plain spoken and bold, because he is a good man, doing good work and is speaking the truth, and we all know that the TRUTH is very unpopular these days.

This is all about the evil in the world working to keep the good and the truth shut down. It's as simple as that.

OhioChessFan: I am going to just start typing and see what happens. I don't intend to be entirely sequential in my thoughts. I'll just let them roll and won't bother to correct them once I am ready to send.

I am often asked what I think of Trump so far. My stock answer is that I think he's doing great for 2 reasons:

1. He hasn't nominated any baby killers to the Supreme Court.

2. He isn't Hillary Clinton.

He's been a bit of a hack in political terms, and his personal demeanor is lacking. Unlike our forum host, I think he needs to get off and stay off of Twitter.

Many people can't stand him. The average liberal wouldn't like him no matter what, so they obsess on his personal foibles. The RINO's might hate him worse as he has exposed them for what they are: Part of the swamp. Some people are genuinely offended by some of his words/actions. I will concede he strikes me in many ways as wayyyyy over the top.

Okay, that seems like a good stopping point. A man who wants to drain the swamp is a bit of an extremist. If you agree with that, just take a minute to consider why an extremist is now POTUS.

A little hint from me, something I think should be considered 100 times a day when considering the world of politics:

<Nothing happens in a vaccuum>

More to come. Think about it.

I think that is true. I have known some very distraught Christian parents who had children embrace the homosexual lifestyle. I am rather amazed that people can choose to go that route in their desperate path of rebellion. I guess evil can be pretty unlimited.
