Dec-05-11  technical draw: Didn't I read somewhere where the bookie was unable to correct mistakes?
Dec-05-11  hms123: <TD> Yes. You read it in my new book, <Life on the Run>.
Dec-05-11  technical draw: Hey, I won round three pick 3 ...So even if I I have to give back the round two "earnings" I'm still up about 500cbs. (That is, of course if round 3 is not a mistake)
Dec-06-11  ycsidney: How on earth did i make nearly 3000 cb on round three pick three with the wrong pick draw black black?
Dec-06-11  ycsidney: Oops round 2!
Dec-06-11  wordfunph: <CG Bookie> when does this leg end?
Dec-06-11  dakgootje: The end of the leg is afoot.

Chessgames Bookie: We are very sorry for the mistake in the payout for London Chess Classic: Rd 2: PICK THREE.

All payouts have been reversed and those who threw away winning tickets will find the tickets back in their possession.

All people who profited from the error will find their winnings forcefully removed from their account. In the event that you do not have enough funds to pay back, they will be added to your Loanshark debt.

Dec-06-11  hms123: <TD> I think it would make a great title for my next autobiography.

<Shattered Dreams: How the evil chessbookie destroyed the hopes of hms123>

It has a nice ring. Maybe my book tour will turn into a presidential run.
