Assuming your net worth was 500 cbs without a loan, in regular cases, he'd offer you 200/300 cbs. However, meaning you don't qualify for a "hard luck loan", <since your net worth is not really low or negative, and you have a current loan>. In other words, you don't get a loan. But I think I've suggested before, 100 cbs/day, no matter what. (You wouldn't be stuck forever - eventually the accumulation of interest would drop your net worth so low you'd qualify for a hard luck loan again. But it would take a while.) I understand your sentiment that you'd rather have a net worth of c$8 than c$500; maybe some kind of desperation loan could be introduced whereby a player with a low but positive net worth could turn his own net worth into a loan. (In practice this would mean that from funds = 0, loan = 1000, net worth = 500 you'd go to funds = 500, loan = 2000, net worth = 0. A fair deal? No, not remotely.
