Chessgames Bookie: The official site (http://www.aerosvit2006.ukrchess.or...) shows this result

Harikrishna 0:1 Mamedyarov

We'll find out for sure when we get the game.

Chessgames Bookie: Yes, it's true, Harikrishna won: Harikrishna vs Mamedyarov, 2006

We'll have to redo the payoffs now, thanks to the incompetance of the official site.

Jun-22-06  DCP23: somebody steals my chessbucks!!!

Chessgames Bookie: OK, we redid the payoffs.

Three players cashed in their "winning" Mamedyrov tickets already. We had no choice but to take the chessbucks back, straight out of their accounts. Sorry about that, there's nothing else we can do.

Chessgames Bookie: Sorry DCP23, Mamedyarov didn't win.
Jun-23-06  lindan: <chessgames bookie> doesn't round 7 (AeroSvit) take place on June 24th? How can the settlement date be June 23rd?

Chessgames Bookie: Settlement date for round 7 has been corrected to the 24th.

Betting is open on round 8 of Aerosvit. We have added the "daily double" as a wagering proposition in which you can attempt to predict the result of two games. Aerosvit Rd 8: Daily double

Jun-23-06  blingice: Hmm, I have 23 live tickets, and I feel our new leader will have cashed in big on the SUPERFECTA...
Jun-24-06  bakedalaska: <Chessgames Bookie> Is it possible to have betting on the games of the Dutch championship especially the last few rounds so that we can hedge our bets for the Winner?
Jun-24-06  bakedalaska: <Hmm, I have 23 live tickets, and I feel our new leader will have cashed in big on the SUPERFECTA...> Also, the Dutch championship should have a big effect as well ...
Jun-24-06  blingice: Did Shirov cost anyone some Chessbucks?
Jun-24-06  suenteus po 147: <blingice> Not me. He actually made me 84 chessbucks once he gave in and finally accepted the draw facing him for thirty-plus moves.
Jun-24-06  TIMER: <blingice: I feel our new leader will have cashed in big on the SUPERFECTA...> Were you referring to me or did you expect a change at the top?

I cashed a 63 chessbuck bet on 3 Draws, Ivanchuk win for over 2000, and won some individual game bets too.

WannaBe: You know, I seriously think <TIMER> is calling up the participants and 'influencing' the outcomes here. =)

Either that, or <TIMER> is a really good high rated (FIDE) player, that have played these guys before and knows the 'inside' details. =)

Jun-25-06  harifan: <WannaBe:> I think a bit of both in the case of TIMER. 7585 chesssbucks and the leg has only started!!
Jun-25-06  TIMER: Well I got it wrong this time, I lost about 1500 on the daily double as I did not think Ivanchuk would pull it off with black. Had he drawn I would now be about 3500 higher.

Sneaky: Sometimes I get the feeling that in my little apartment, halfway across the world, I can influence the lives of these chessplayers. Want to see Mamedyarov lose tomorrow? I can make it happen. All I have to do is bet on him.
Jun-25-06  TIMER: I did not expect to still be leader after losing about 1500. I think I might need to reach 10000 before I can relax as securing my place in the top ten at the end of the leg.
Jun-25-06  pinge: <Sneaky> Funny. I think I will have to wait till the winter leg to develop this skill!
Jun-25-06  suenteus po 147: <Sneaky> I know how you feel. Other players, however, cannot be so influenced. Topalov and Anand made me a rich man last quarter. All I had to do was ride the coattails of their victories :)
Jun-26-06  martis27: What is going on? I had 3xx chessbucks, but now i have 1000. What happened?

Chessgames Bookie: <martis27> The spring leg is over, the top ten qualifiers have been noted, and everyone starts the summer leg equally with 1,000 chessbucks.

Betting is open on the last two rounds of the Aerosvit tournament. ChessBookie Game

Jun-26-06  invincible: http://www.chesscenter.com/twic/twi...

the standing on the official site seem to be the same.

I've followed the games. The results are correct.

Can in cash in my tickets now please ;)

Jun-26-06  you vs yourself: <invincible> I assume you won big bucks:-) What games did you bet on?
Jun-26-06  invincible: panomariov 1000 bucks
