Also, if you bet enough, your credit rating will improve to the point where you'll be allowed to place larger bets even with a low net worth. The chessbucks would lose so much value that eventually they would be worth nothing. They would have lost all value. I just looked at the currently listed upcoming events at 2700chess, and decided to add the Rapid and Blitz WCCs to this leg. Note that these will not offer a lot of betting opportunities, since pairings for fast time control events are rarely available long enough in advance - most likely these will just mean winner bets, and maybe a few exotics. We will end the Fall Leg on Dec 30, with the conclusion of the Blitz World Championship.
