My rating in practical chess (Czech national ELO) oscillates somewhere between 2010 and 2060, in correspondence chess I have rating 2155 (my best was 2220 in the middle of 90's). I have no special favorite player but I like to view good games of old masters (Tarrasch, Schlechter, Chigorin etc.)

There is only one limitation, i.e. you can send just one vote from one IP address per hour. Using of proxy servers for sending of votes is not prohibited (in fact quite a lot of people especially from Kladno city has no other choice if they want to participate in voting as due to the same internet provider they have the same IP address as many other people living there) and there is also no regulation concerning multiple use of them (as well as any other ways of changing IP address), despite of the fact that organisers must be well aware of this problem, which was discussed many times before.
