One exception I think I see was in 4...Nf6, which had the same eval as 4...Be7 because Shredder saw them transposing given the best play on both sides anyway. And yes, he's using infinite analysis. <WannaBe> I'm intrigued by Shredder choosing lines that do poorly in the database. In order to better analyze this situation, I was wondering if Shredder is giving itself a positive evaluation, or if it acknowledges that it is losing (not that I'm saying it's actually losing here)? Also, if you still have it (or can do it again), what was the evaluation after 1.e4? What moves besides 1...e5 looked good, and by how much were they not good enough to play?
