But I did saw your initial post. And thanks <keypusher>! =)

Unfortunately, with 3:50 left in the fourth quarter, down 31-14 to Michigan State U., not expecting miracles to happen here...

Amazing video. How did the chess pieces move? And do you think it was one continuous take? What are those types of set up called?

Sep-23-07

WannaBe: I think if you look really really closely, the pieces moved by a (fish) string, I want to believe it's one continuous take, but godness knows how many tries they did before they got a successful one.

I also believe they are called Rube Goldberg contraption. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rube_G... a.k.a. I've got too much time and nothing else to do.

Sep-23-07  technical draw: You're right it's a Rube Goldberg and that's the longest one I've ever seen.

WannaBe: A moment of silence for Marcel. http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20070923...

No pun intended, but it is pretty funny!!

Sep-23-07  technical draw: Too bad about Marcel. But he was 84 years old. Fact is I thought he had died long ago. In his honor we will have one minute of yelling.

WannaBe: Reminded me of a 'funny' story...

A while back 6? 7? years ago, Marcel was giving a performance, and for some strange reason, the fans rushed the stage!

The show was then promptly canceled.

So, I'm down at the watering hole, telling this event, and one of my friend asked: "Why did the audience rush the stage?"

My reply was: "They were trying to get closer to the stage, because they can't hear him."
